OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy describes the rules for returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made on KHELSPACE. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

RETURN / REPLACEMENT WINDOW

You must request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period may be declined, subject to applicable law.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, with tags/seals intact, and in resalable condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some products may not be eligible for return/refund due to hygiene/safety reasons or where marked “Final Sale”, unless received damaged/defective/wrong. Please check the product page and this policy before ordering.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the product and the outer packaging label.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate and as permitted by law.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch/shipment. If you request cancellation after dispatch, it will be handled as a return (if eligible) per this policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, address verification issues, or other reasons permitted by law. If payment has been received, a refund will be initiated as applicable.

REFUNDS

If your return/refund is approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping/handling charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or unless required by applicable law.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within  1–3 business days after confirmation, except on Sundays/public holidays and peak sale periods.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines vary by location and courier operations. Any timelines shown on the website or shared by support are estimates and not guaranteed.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout and may depend on location, order value, and/or weight.

ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERIES (RTO)

You are responsible for providing an accurate address, PIN code, and phone number. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).

In such cases, reshipping/refund (if applicable) will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and may involve the deduction of actual shipping/handling costs, subject to applicable law.
